Flight Revisions
SkyJourney stores both scheduled and revised (actual) times when available.
What It Means
- Scheduled times: planned departure and arrival
- Revised times: updated/actual times used for delay calculations
Where You See It
Revised times are visible in flight data and are used by:
- Delay indicators
- Delay statistics
- Duration calculations
Current App Behavior
In the current web UI:
- Revised times are shown and used whenever they exist
- The flight dialog has a refresh/revise action that re-fetches the latest tracked times for a flight when data is available
- You can also edit the departure and arrival date/time directly on the flight
Notes
- If revised times are not available, scheduled values remain the primary reference
- Delay metrics depend on the quality of scheduled/revised timestamps
