What Data Is Imported
Depending on the source:
- ✅ Flight number

- ✅ Airline
- ✅ Aircraft type (if available)
- ✅ Seat information (if available)
- ✅ Flight class (if available)
- ✅ Notes (if available)
Import Limitations
File Size
- Maximum: 10MB per file
- For larger histories, split into multiple files
Processing Time
- Small imports (under 100 flights): Seconds
- Medium imports (100-500 flights): ~1 minute
- Large imports (500+ flights): A few minutes
Duplicate Detection
SkyJourney attempts to prevent duplicates:
- Checks flight number + date + route
- Warns if potential duplicates found
- You can choose to skip or import anyway
Best Practices
Successful Imports
- Start with recent data - Test with a small export first
- Check CSV format - Open in Excel/Google Sheets to verify
- Backup source - Keep original data until verified
- Review results - Check a few flights after import
- Clean up - Delete any duplicates or errors
