Understanding Your Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a quick view of your flight history, your next flight, and your travel map. Its layout and some of its cards differ between the web and mobile apps.

Features on Both Platforms

Next Flight

When you have an upcoming flight, the dashboard shows its date, flight number, route, airports, and local departure and arrival times. Select the flight to open its details.

If no upcoming flight is saved, the card prompts you to add one.

Journey Summary

Your dashboard summarizes three lifetime totals:

  • Flights - Number of flights in your logbook
  • Distance - Total distance in your selected unit
  • Flight time - Total hours spent flying

Distance can be displayed in kilometres, miles, or nautical miles. See Unit Preferences to change the measurement system.

Flight Map

The map displays airports and routes from your flight history. It updates after your flight data changes. You can zoom and pan around the map; on the web, selecting an airport marker also shows the airport name, city, and number of visits.

If you have no flight data yet, the dashboard shows an empty-state prompt instead of routes.

Web Dashboard

The web dashboard contains the following sections.

Quick Actions and Recent Activity

The Just got back? card provides an Add Flight button and shows your most recent completed flight. Select the recent activity to open that flight's details.

Next Flight and Insight

The Your Next Flight card shows your upcoming route and schedule. A travel insight appears below the flight when one is available.

Statistics Row

The web dashboard displays three statistics cards:

  • Flights - Total logged flights
  • Distance - Total distance and equivalent trips around the world
  • Flight Time - Total hours and days in the air

Each card also shows the change compared with the same day in the previous month.

Flight Map

The web map displays your routes and visited airports. Frequently visited airports use a larger hub marker.

Mobile Dashboard

The mobile dashboard contains the following sections.

Dashboard Actions

Use the icons in the top bar to:

  • View notifications
  • Open Settings
  • Add a flight

Use the menu button to open the main navigation drawer.

Upcoming Flight

The Upcoming Flight card shows the next flight's date, flight number, airport codes, cities, and local times. Tap the card to open the flight details.

Daily Insight

When an insight is available, it appears in a separate card below the upcoming flight.

Your Journey

The Your Journey card shows lifetime flight, distance, and flight-time totals. Tap it to open the full Statistics section.

Flight Map

Once you have at least one flight, the route map appears below the journey summary.

Keeping the Dashboard Current

Adding, editing, deleting, or importing flights refreshes the dashboard data. If an expected flight is missing, check your Flights list and confirm that its date and airport information are correct.
